Tim has over 25 years experience in the retail sector and has worked in numerous high level roles in the areas of operations, project management and implementation, end-to-end account management, contract negotiation, business performance monitoring and planning at both corporate and small to medium sized business level.

In 1992, Tim joined the retailing industry as a National Development Manager for the largest discount department store chain in New Zealand, The Warehouse Group, responsible for the design and construction overview of stores from 1,000sqm to 8,000sqm. Tim’s expertise was immediately recognised and in 1996 Tim was promoted to National Property Manager. In this role Tim was responsible for the negotiation, leasing and disposal of all The Warehouse Group’s properties and developments.

A further promotion in 2000 saw Tim take on the role of General Manager Property Australia. In this role Tim became responsible for the overall management of all developments including stores and distribution centres and overall management of the property portfolio within Australia.

In 2004, after having rapidly progressed within The Warehouse Group, Tim moved on to work with the prominent property development company, The Beville Group as General Manager, Property & Marketing, Tim is responsible for the strategic and overall re positioning and sale of the Harbourside Shopping Centre Darling Harbour.

In late 2009, Tim took the opportunity to contract his services, which he now provides to multiple parties offering his expertise in Shopping Centres, particularly their food and beverage aspects and boutique retail precincts and developments.
